 How difficult or easy was it for you to find the keywords manually in your job description, and why? What was your experience like using the Tag Count website? How easy/difficult was it to incorporate your keywords and phrases into your Resume and Cover letter, and why? Finally if you could go about this portfolio project differently, what would you have done? I never used Tag Count before, I didn't mind using it, it was actually interesting and cool looking at my job description again after looking at the key words that Tag Count picked out. It was also not hard picking out the key words in the job description after knowing what words had come up. But using them in my resume was challenging because my resume was already made and some of the words were difficult to incorporate into it. For my cover letter it was easier since I was making the cover letter pertaining to the job description. So I could put all of the words in the letter that I needed too. If I could go back to my ...

5 specific features a company or employer would need to have to catch my interest: A company/employer who never stops teaching their employees Ability to grow within the company A company/employer who genuinely care about their employees and doesn't just think of them as "a worker" A company that encourages their employers to do what makes them happy, for them to go after what they want A company with good credibility, their reputation could make or break them so I would not want to work for someone who has a poor reputation  What I would want to gain from my work experience: given that my main focus in the long run is to own/operate a gym: Learn how a business operates  I want to gain knowledge on what other managers/owners do to make their company so successful How a business runs interests me so much so anything that I could get from that would interest me Computer skills, different software that other managers/owners use to help run their business L...
